We know that not every order will work out perfectly....

Here are some things to know about our return policy:

*Return shipping will be paid by the customer; if you are making an exchange, the shipment of your new item is covered by us.

*Exchanges MUST be processed through this form to avoid delay.

*If you choose store credit in lieu of an approved return, we will credit $5 to your account as our gift to you!

*Return/Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of original purchase.  Return requests made outside of this window will likely be denied.  (As a micro business we don't have a lot of space to store new styles, so to keep our offerings fresh for you, we appreciate your respecting our return timeframe.)

To Return your eligible item(s) please fill out the form below.  We will review the return request and will email you back ASAP to confirm your return.

Please DO NOT send your return before receiving confirmation.  Some items may need to be shipped to a different address that will be sent to you in your confirmation email.  Sending to the wrong address (before confirmation) could result in the return of your package and/or delay in processing your return.  

NOTE: Items Marked "Final Sale" at purchase ARE NOT eligible for return.
