Do you have a physical location?

No - at this time we are an online-only boutique.  We DO have pop-up events occasionally in the Denver area.  Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to hear about the next time you can try on our shoes in person!

If I order today, when will my package arrive?

We offer several different shipping options, which will affect the speed of shipping.  Read more about those options on our SHIPPING page.  We always ship out within 3 business days purchase regardless of shipping method. If an item will ship later, it will be specified on the product page.

How do I choose my size?

Since we carry a variety of different brands, sizing varies across our products.  We are working on a universal sizing method for our site, but in the mean time, we provide sizing suggestions based on fit sessions that we have conducted.  If you are still unsure, email us at info@shoppointeboutique.com and we can send you measurements and answer your fit questions.

What if they don't fit?

If you find that your initial selection doesn't fit you properly, you can head over to our RETURNS page and initiate a return.  Final Sale items cannot be returned, and will be marked accordingly at time of purchase.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do you offer gift cards?

We are working on it!  Please check back!

From what location do my items ship?

We store all of our inventory at our headquarters in Denver, CO.  Your order will be shipped from there.

Will you be restocking this item that I love?

We occasionally re-stock sold-out styles, so if your size is gone, email info@shoppointeboutique with the style name and size that you are interested in.
